Calgary Media Slo-Pitch League

	Calgary Media Slo-Pitch League The league was formed 32 years ago, and is still going strong. Games are played at Optimist Park, diamonds 5, 7, 9 & 11. Game times: 6:15 or 7:45 The league is mixed Slo-Pitch. The Media League has seen it's share of Broadcast, Communication, Paper and Production companies entering teams over the years. Past teams have included Global Calgary, CJAY92, CFCN, KIK FM, CBC, Pyramid Productions, Tag Advertising, Calgary Sun, Shayden Entertainment and Country 105 to name a few. Games are umpired by Calgary Softball Umpires. If you are at all interested in umpiring check out their website at www.calgarysoftballumpires.com They are always short and need more umpires to service all the leagues in the city.
